Changing Quick stack cells width in different views

I’m learning how to use Quick Stack instead of div blocks only. I couldn’t figure it out how to merge 2 cells into 1 when working on mobile views.

I made a video showing the screen of what I mean. Is there an easy to way to solve this or should I just go back to basic div blocks?

I have two instances, the first one: Project overview is working how I intended to.

The second one: Problem and Outcome is the one I am struggling with.
