Changes made to smaller screens are changing larger screens, please help

Hi,

Each time I change the layout, padding etc. to fit mobile it changes all the layouts of the larger sizes. I’ve watched the webflow university video on responsive design and I’ve tried to find youtube resources to help and everything just says it shouldn’t happen like that, but it does.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know the fix?
