Hi all, does anyone know if I choose Free plan first, then change it to Basic plan. Will my website works have to build again?
Because I just want to have a custom domain, but I don’t would like to spend money while designing my website.

You will not have to build your site again 
Changing your site plan from Free to Basic simply unlocks the features of the basic plan (e.g. allowing for a custom domain).
