This is the page it’s on currently. The CMS collection that it’s under is called “Directory Listings.”
The “Designations” CMS collection contains one of the categories (2 items in there) that the directory is filtered by, but it’s not the main directory that contains all the listings (219 items)
Given the path that you’ve described; /hsp-directory/designations/spiritual-development
It means that you have;
a folder with the slug hsp-directory
a CMS collection slugged designations
a CMS item slugged spiritual-development
You can change the CMS slug under the CMS settings where you configure its fields. However you also have another CMS collection named Designations in your screenshot, it would need a different slug.
If you’re trying to reduce the entire path to e.g. /directory, native Webflow does not support this. CMS pages always follow a /collection-slug/item-slug structure and can be within a /series/of/folders
Why did it choose the CMS collection slugged designations? That’s how it was slugged when I received this project, so I assume the client slugged it that way.
Can I at least change the slug to be called directory?
I took it out of the parent folder hsp-directory so that the folder name no longer shows in the path name.
I decided to change the Designations CMS collection slug to be called “directory.” But it still says spiritual-development for the CMS item. Is it possible to get rid of the spiritual-development item slug?
