Centering a rich text element

I have a rich text element right after a div block but am unable to center it on the page even after trying alignment through flexbox. It just centers the content inside the element but not on the page. Attaching the before and after pictures.

The easiest way, would be to place the rich text element into an element that has width set, with margin auto on the left and right (centered).

A container element can be used since it is already set with a width and is centered.
