Can I get a refund of my credit? i live in UK and How.

As a customer in the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from your initial purchase date, during which you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. Please note that this right does not apply to business/professional purchases or downloaded Marketplace media.
To request your refund:
- Visit our request a refund form
- Review your eligible charges
- Submit your request
Most refund requests (over 50%) are processed automatically within one minute of submission.
