I’ve encountered a severe problem about cart not working on published site.
In Webflow preview everything is working fine, as usual, but since yesterday the cart is not working anymore on the published site. As soon as I test the add to cart button in the published site the page seems to glitch and nothing happen, while the cart should open as it has always done untile yesterday.
The issue of the cart not functioning on the published site while working in Webflow preview is often linked to script conflicts, custom code errors, or caching problems. To resolve this, first, clear the browser cache and test in incognito mode to rule out caching issues. Then, review any recently added custom code or third-party scripts to identify potential conflicts, particularly in the footer or custom embed sections. Ensure all necessary Webflow eCommerce scripts are intact and properly loaded. If the problem persists, republish the site and check for any Webflow system updates or known issues. Lastly, test the site on multiple browsers and devices, and if unresolved, contact Webflow support with the issue details and the Read-Only link.
