Cart comes up empty on click

I am setting up an ecommerce on the site. When adding a cart button to the page and testing it out, the result shows up as an empty cart button.

Take a look at the site below and click on cart button under the section “Get the job package”. Added below for reference.

What am I missing here ?

Hi Dave,
yes, I changed it since i could not make the cart work. Let me revert back to see if it still works.
