Is Webflow a good place to build a car dealership website? Can you sort or search lists in numerous ways like years, makes, models? Everything else is pretty simple, I’m only “concerned” about list sorting/searching.

For something like this you’ll need a database to pull from and code to dynamically generate the lists.
WF doesn’t offer those two things out of the box. If you know how to program the lists to be generated, then you can add that code in the custom code area of your project. As for the database, you’ll need to create one yourself.
WF is meant to be the design tool for static templates. Not for dynamic data.
