Can't upload background image

Hi,

I am trying to change the background image in a block on a template that I bought. However, when I try to upload the image, nothing happens - no progress etc. I can delete the image that was already there but can’t replace it with a new image.

However, in other parts of the webpage, I can do the modifications.

Please advise.
