Can't tame a monster Google Ad in my header!

I have a Google Ad placed in the header of my website: https://www.siriuserguide.com.

For some reason it is huge, and I’ve tried everything I can to bring it down to a normal size of around 100px in height.

I’ve tried setting the height of the div, using google’s own styles, but nothing seems to affect it.

Any tips you gurus have as to what I’m missing?

UPDATE: I’ve noticed a rogue style="height: auto !important;" attached to the div containing the advert, I’m not sure if that is related, or where it comes from.

Google is creating inline CSS styles based on the ad. Don’t place an add in the header section. Just create a new section with no height defined for ads. That way when an ad loads, it will be visible.
