I am trying to access a new workspace. It won’t show up in my admin panel.
So now I am trying to submit a support ticket. But the support form asks me to select a workspace. Which does not include the workspace I have paid for. And it refuses to let me submit a ticket without doing so.
A bit confusing, your account is automatically connected to the workspace you own, so typically that would be the one you paid for.
If you created a second workspace for some reason, then you would have either created it using your current login ( and you just need to workspace switch ), or you would have used a different login.
Check again but if you are lost, you can just submit the ticket with your current workspace and explain the problem. Make sure to give any payment details, amount of transaction, etc to help Webflow support trace it.
When I try to workspace switch, it only shows my original starter workspace and not the new paid one. And I submitted a support ticket last night under the other workspace, but even this morning that ticket doesn’t show up under “my requests”. The chat bot keeps telling my it will connect me with a specialist and then quickly informs me it cannot do that. I’m literally pulling my hair at this point.
