Can't get form email field same height as CTA button

On this landing page I’ve got a form with an email input field and ‘join the waitlist’ cta button next to it. I can’t figure out how to get them the same height, the email field is slightly shorter and it looks odd.

I’ve tried everything and can’t figure it out, they have the same line height, font size and padding!
