Can't find the conditional visibility area

I have a navigation design as show in the screenshot below.

So, I have my name&surname written in a link block on desktop and I would like it to change to the abbreviation in the mobile view. I wanted to create two different link blocks and change the visibility of them according to the platforms but it is unabled right now.

And I can’t seem to find the conditional visibility area as shown in this tutorial.

Any other ideas about how I could achieve the design I wanted?

Hi @Kubra_Saygin,

Conditional visibility is applicable only on Dynamic content.

It should be explicitly stated on that tutorial video
