Can't exit read-only mode, pls help

Hi, sorry for my bad English. I have ordered prepayed template “Justice”.
I have always yellow mark “Read-only mode”, no any changes can be saved.
Read-only link is turned off, this topic Exit Read Only Mode? is not helpfull. I can make any changes in “Editor” mode but not in “Designer” mode. Entering to template from dashboard, NOT in preview mode.

Is there any solutions on how to fix it?

And please give me some advice, how can I make changes NOT in purshased template?
I can’t duplicate it - wrong license. Need some way to have purshased template untouchable and editing it’s copy for my purposes - building my own site. Is there some way to do that?

Thanks so much for posting about this and great question.

Read-Only mode can be accessed by generating your share link. However, if you are using an unsupported browser you will automatically be moved to Read-Only mode.

Can you please login to Webflow using Chrome or Safari, then open your project in the Designer and let me know if you are still seeing the issue?
