Can't change email to which forms are sent to

Hello,

I recently published my site and noticed that the form submissions I get are getting sent to the wrong e-mail. I went to the forms section on my settings and couldn’t change the email where they are sent to. It says “Set up hosting to customize your form submission notifications.”
Do I need a paid plan to change the email ( have free plan) ? That can’t be real.

I don’t seem to have that limitation on unhosted sites, it might be workspace specific?
I’m on an Agency workspace.
