Cant change dynamic content styling. Please help!

Hello!

I can’t figure out how these tiles are being styled. They are dynamic divs in a list. I want to remove the greyscale and fade to color styling but I do not know where to access it.

There is no hover effect on any of the elements. Any help is greatly appreciated!
