Can't change background color back to grey

Hi Webflow friends! I uploaded my favicon and web clip in the general project settings (successfully) and tried changing my project name (unsuccessfully) and when I published all my dark grey body background turned white! I don’t if messing with the general settings in correlated, but I can’t change my background on my homepage back to grey.
