Cannot See Template to Edit

Hi, I searched the forum to no avail. Sorry if I’m just tired. I purchased a template from Next Up on the Webflow templates. I cannot see any graphics in any mode, except when I preview it. How can I edit what I cannot see? I’m not seeing any preloader layers, so I can’t imagine what I’m doing wrong…or perhaps the template isn’t fully installed. Please let me know…thanks in advance!!
