Cannot delete Product Fields within Ecommerce

Hello – I cannot edit most fields withing the Product Fields.
There are a few fields when I hover over the far right edge the settings toolbar pops up allowing me to edit, but the vast majority nothing pops up when I hover over the same space leaving me unable to edit or delete.

Can’t you use the navigator to select the fields you wish to edit?

@Joshua_Jones ok The product collection is locked because its eCommerce and all fields must be there and cant be changed.
