Can you transfer a website to a client on his already paid CMS hosting plan?

Hi Guys,

So my client has already bought the CMS hosting plan on his account.

If I want to develop a website which will eventually be hosted on his plan:

  • can I start in my designer and transfer it onto his paid plan
  • or do I need to start in his designer, on the paid website plan, with his credentials?
