Can we have control over asset paths for PDF's?

Can I upload a PDF to the assets panel of my site and the link will be [www.capitaltechrescue.com/pdfnameor is it RATHER than always going to be https://uploads-ssl.capitaltechrescue.com.com/5fecc09f14f6dc9f8b217ac5/6060ee10db9ddc9ea2941a84_RevINCcards.pdf and I have to redirect the above link to this random long ass name?

I know I can host it on a third party, but I’d love to use a real URL like: http://www.capitaltechrescue.com/pdfname

Hello.
You can’t upload a PDF or image with his original URL into the assets panel. When you download it, it gets his own address on the assets panel. You can put the link off this pdf into a CMS list and link it from there.
