Can someone guide me in creating this carousel interaction

There’s a gif below showing the carousel I want to create, you can check it out on this site too:

You have to click and drag the mouse to move the carousel, but it’s completely fine if we just use arrows to navigate.

So I found a carousel I can expand from by CJ Hersh… people have issues making it actually work so I’m working on that. But to update my question, how do I add that reflection underneath each album below/ how can I make the cards look like they’re sitting on a glass table?
