I know this goes against the whole cascading responsiveness brilliance, but I’m wondering if I could, after designing for mobile phone, to then cascade that style UP to iPad? I have already designed for desktop, which is why I’m obviously having difficulty.

Unfortunately, styles in Webflow only cascade downward from desktop to mobile. There is no way to reverse it. Maybe one day Webflow will allow this to change by selecting some sort of mobile first cascade. However, for now, there is no way to change this.
