Can make a mouse click to skip an object and click the one underneath it?

Hey guys, I have 2 objects, one on top of another: Object A (Z index 1) and Object B (Z index 2). Can I make the click to skip object B (which is on top) and so that it clicked on the Object A?
In other words can I make an object invisible for clicks but still visible for an eye?
