Can I use this template with a free solo account?

Hey there,

I would like to know if I can use this template with a free solo account. This template is on point and I love the design. I want to buy a template to safe time and work.

And are there any kind of important points which I have to consider about this template. I know how to make basic changes with wordpress but I´m a beginner regarding coding. So I have to have a easy handling with my website but I´m willing to learn more about to set up a website.
