I’ve set up an e-commerce site with webflow, but Stripe has denied my company from using its services as we are considered “high risk”. On the other hand, Paypal seems to have been working fine so far, is there any way that I can keep my store the way it is and integrate a Paypal button at checkout?
I’m kinda desperate, I don’t want to have to resort to other e-commerce platforms for both convenience and cost.

You can, but not natively. You will have to create the items in paypal and integrate a paypal cart.
