I’m using Webflow to create a site for my business. I want to have a help center for customers, and have noticed that most sites that feature this change the URL from mysite.com to help.mysite.com. I know how I can change the ending of the URL (for example, mysite.com/legal/terms), but is there a way to change the beginning of the URL to help.mysite.com? Or would I need to register an entirely new domain?
Hi @christiannc, you can publish a site to a subdomain, but whatever is hosted on the subdomain would need to be a separate Webflow site. You’d have to create a separate help site and host that site on a help subdomain. Does that make sense?
