The main page of my site has 5 headers: [About][Home Health][Careers][Contact][Solutions]. Is it possible to add another header in here? Or is 5 the maximum for Webflow? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Of course — just make a new page (or duplicate a current page to get going faster), copy/paste one of the navigation links, and make sure it’s linked to the newly created/duplicated page. Without taking a closer look at things (with a read-only link) I can’t say whether or not there’s anything within the project that would make that more difficult but that should get you started.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend taking a peek at the Webflow University as there are tons of free, helpful tutorials that go over all sorts of things like this:
