One of my clients is having an issue with users visiting their website on mobile and getting this response:
I believe it is a cache issue because of the size of the file in the footer. But I’m trying to figure out if it could be something else.
This wasn’t happening before but now it is.

Yeah this seems to be only a mobile issue on some devices. I’ve tried decreasing some file sizes
My hopes was that this was a cache issue I could decrease the file sizes in the website so that it wouldn’t take as much to download the content. I just don’t know why this is happening on mobile only.

I believe this issue is happening because you have an image element with a background image set as well:
Would you be able to try removing the background image on Image 19, republishing and then trying again on an incognito window?
