Button on Mobile is totally hidden at top

Hello,

I have an “Apply Now” button that is viewable on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile Landscape view but disappears on Mobile Portrait. The button is called “DSH-Button-Spacing”. I appreciate any help the community can provide:
