Button not showing at bottom of page

Hi

I have a symbol called Call To Action Stripe at the very bottom of the page. The green Learn More button is visible in the designer but not appearing when I publish at familyshieldlegal.co.uk.

The original button had a bunch of transitions on it, so I deleted it and created a new button. But the same thing is happening. I’m really stumped so if anyone could help I’d be very grateful.

I see the Learn More button on both links.

when change spacing to 120,it does work. Feel strange
why not use grid , rebuild a CTA stripe
