Button not clickable on tablet and mobile breakpoints

Hi guys, I have this site where every link is interactive except this one button named “see my work”. This button works perfectly on laptop and desktops but failed to be clickable in tablet and mobile mode. Please help!!

On mobile z-index is set to -1, so it’s below the body.
