Hey everyone, thanks for browsing. As the title says, I have a problem I noticed today when trying to name the label of any button via the properties of the div block settings. Seems like it is breaking the button with the label. If the add the button name first to the div it just adds “button name” afterwards and breaks it again. What am I missing? Thanks for the help everyone!

Hi there,
To edit button text in Webflow, you have two simple options:
- Double-click directly on the button element
- Select the button and press Enter/Return on your keyboard
Note that trying to edit the button text through div block settings won’t work. If you need to organize multiple buttons, you can use a div block as a container, but remember to edit the text directly on each button element.
