Bullets showing as letters and not bullets

Hi there, I’m struggling to figure out why the bullets are showing as letters and not bullets. I can see in the editor that the bullet style is being used. I can’t work out how to change it. I’ve tried resettling and that doesn’t work either.

Thank you. I know that, the problem I’m having is that it’s set to regular bullets and is showing the letter bullets. That’s what I can’t figure out.
