Build CMS with links falling under other CMS?

Hi,

is this possible to do in Webflow CMS and if so best way to implement it? Basically want our blog to list something similar to:

in our case it would be: electricianpath.com/how-to-become-electrician/state

But we want to add content within each ‘state’ so the url will be similar to atlassian (as in this case):
Kanban - A brief introduction | Atlassian
What is a Kanban Board? | Atlassian

So we want our content to to be organized in a similar structure and show the url keywords
electricianpath.com/how-to-become-electrician/state/link/link
