Browser differences with page section linking and page length (?)

Hello all - I’m having problems with browser differences. All of my page section links work fine in everything except Chrome. Also, Chrome for some reason wants to include an area of about 50px of empty space to the very bottom of my page, whereas other browsers do not. Any idea why these problems might be happening?
