Can I ungroup a symbol, or somehow release it’s contents? How would you do this?
found it right away after I asked - right click (mac: hold ctrl button and click) and it’s there in the contextual menu - Unlink instance.
Mac shortcut is Shift-⌘-A, probably something similar on pc
