Breadcrumb scroll animation help

Hi, anyone knows how to make a breadcrumb scroll animation? It is for my UX portfolio.
I have illustrated what I need, the section titles would be on the right and would be highlighted when users scroll to that section. Also they should be able to click on the bread crumb to jump back to that section.

Anyone knows how to do that?

I’m attaching pictures of my current website + a mockup of what I need.

Have you figured this out? By the looks of it, there would need to be 2 interactions per radio button. -G.J.
