Book now button stopped working on mobile, only works on desktop

Hi! Please could someone assist me. I have taken over a website and noticed that on MOBILE - the bookings page, after all info was submitted and you click on SUBMIT BOOKING, it has stopped working. On desktop it works perfectly fine.
