Body covers up items with negative z-index (but only on one page)

hi everyone,

hope to get some answers here, the thing is that footer on my website has negative index value so once page is scrolled down it looks like it’s revealing the footer underneath, but only on one CMS page it doesn’t work, and all elements are unaccessible, whenever I try to select it - body is above.

Once again, it works on all the pages of the website and even works on mobile version of this exact page, but somehow desktop of this particular one doesn’t work

could you please help me figure it out?

(just in case, I’m talking about KONTAKT page)

here’s the site
https://preview.webflow.com/preview/janasdiary?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=designer&utm_content=janasdiary&preview=b9b9665bd58a03693062b86d8e186170&pageId=5d284cbb14c23dc3cccb1ee9&itemId=5d284cbb14c23d6622cb1f12&mode=preview

The height of the KONTAKT page is the problem.
Once you make this page longer/higher then the viewport height it works ok.
