Blog Posts Featured Image & Spacing Not Consistent

Hello all,

I added a blog using the CMS, and populated a few blog posts using dummy content to see how the design would look.

The issue I am facing now is that the space between blog posts, as well as the size of the featured image, is not consistent and seems to be auto-adjusting as per the blog post title.

How do I change this, so that the spacing between blog posts, as well as the size of the featured image, is consistent?
