It has reappeared. I am trying to upload a 124 kb mp4 but it is hanging during the transcoding process.
NEED this issue addressed ASAP.
Hi @mitchell.dawkinsjr that sounds like very odd behavior. Do you have any strange characters in the video file name?
Could you please update your post with a read-only link to your site:
What sites are you seeing this issue occur in? When did it start occurring?
Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: Chrome DevTools - Chrome Developers
Also if possible, can you please send me a wetransfer link so that I can download the video and try reproducing the behavior on this end?
