I am making web store for a ceramics studio which sells courses, studio memberships etc.
Does anyone have experience in the whole process of getting this kind of immaterial product to a customer from Webflow e-commerce, handing out the membership via email, handling the customer logs etc?
I’m looking for info about:
-How to make the order confirmation email informative for the customer since that should be all they need?
-Is there a customer number or ID that comes with the order confirmation?
-How to transfer customer info from Webflow to the ceramics studio staff? Such as names, possible customer ID’s etc.
-How to transfer sales data to accountant company in Europe?
This is probably simple stuff, but a first time for me so all kinds of tips are welcomed!
