Best way to stop slow scroll issue please

Periodically the whole Webflow inrterface decides to slowly scroll downwards, persistantly.
Is there a way to prevent this please, or, if there is no way, what is the most effective way of stopping it, so far I am reloadinbg the site, which is not really best practice.

I feel this issue when I have uploaded too many images that are not optimized.

Thank you. So far I have only used images from courses.

I have found this. If you manage to grab the scroll bar (PC) then you can drag it up and back down. No more slow scroll.
