I am currently designing an image that will be the hero section for a new website.
What is the best way to go about this and integrate it into website to make sure it is responsive to different devices and screen sizes?
I am currently designing it in Photoshop but I am thinking that I need to transition the graphic into Illustrator after to ensure to make it vector-based.
