Best way to create a "search sales rep" box

Hello,

I need to create a “search sales rep box”
Visitors of the website must inpunt an area code and then the site has to show wich rep they have to contact.

I don’t see how mix it up can help me?
I need the visitor to enter a postal code in a text field and then it has to show wich sales rep is appointed to them.

Have you managed to solve this problem? I’m currently trying to do exactly the same thing.

I had to convince my client not to put this feature on his website.

I did not find a solution.
