Best approach to make a horizontal website without reloading every page

Hey guys,

I’m working on my Web Resume. Does anyone know please how to make a website that changes pages horizontally without reloading any page? Like this one http://aaronporter.co/work/. I don’t want to make it messy.

Yes, lots of custom JavaScript development. Otherwise you could use interactions to show/hide different sections if no animation triggers are needed (for example to rewind a video when a section is launched).
