Beginner Q, can a client and I work on a site if we both have account plans?

If a client has a Free Account plan and I have a Lite can we both work on a site together?

Unless your part of a team, only one account can access the Designer.

If you own the site, your client can use the editor instead, but the features are limited compared to the Designer. They don’t technically need a Webflow account to access the editor for your site.
