Background Video not showing content

Hi,

I want to add a video that just loops. I have tested with the video widget but it didnt work as i wanted to, and then i found out about the background video - perfect!

But when uploading the video into the widget, its blank, and i cant see anything in preview mode (i have added a blue overlay to show where it should be in the top).

How can i fix this?

Having the same exact problem myself right now. Found this post because I uploaded a background video and it is not showing at all.
